Phylagen was tracking office Covid infections through swabbing and testing surfaces. They needed a tutorial video for their swabbers who worked in offices globally, and needed to complete a scientifically precise procedure to produce accurate samples.

I worked with Byline Studio to create a visual tutorial for Phylagen. We came up with a visual script that explained the intricate swabbing process and shot the tutorial in Phylagen’s home offices. We incorporated clear graphics with minimal text that could be translated to ensure multiple layers of understanding. The video was used for training global employees in the company’s procedure.
